39 Alma Thirty Nine Kopitiam / Alma ShouMian (39亚里玛寿面) Review

Shou Mian is also known as Longevity Noodle in Mandarin, which is often served during birthdays, New Year or special occasion celebrated by Chinese ethics to wish for longevity. In Alma, Bukit Mertajam, my colleague eventually introduced me to this shop located around housing areas which has been operated quite some time.

Ham & Mushroom Wrap Recipe

I wanted Jelly to try something different from what we normally have,  noodle and rice, and since she is a big fan of mushrooms, I try making this wrap according to her flavor! 

It is really simple in making a wrap yourself at home instead of buying it outside, and you can customized the ingredients based on your own liking!
