A breastfeeding mom always feels hungry, don't you think so? I do, I always feels hungry and wanted to grab a snack every time I see one (I am not greedy, I am just hungry.. :Ϸ ). We went to AEON Mall Bukit Mertajam one day and we love to stop by Daiso and I saw these cute packed snacks at their rack near the counter. Daiso sells all of their item at one flat rate price at RM5.30 (Including GST). I grabbed a packet and open it once paid.

HappyBaby Organic Yogis Review

I was in the mist of searching how to make yogurt melt and it is indeed a little messy until I came across about HappyBaby organic Yogis. It is actually a freeze-dried yogurt with fruits type of snack. Jelly is still not yet at a helping age at the kitchen yet so I might as well try purchasing this for her to snack. It comes in a pouch bag and has a seal zip to avoid moisture into the snack. In my view point, in is a little pricey compared to the HappyBaby Oragnic puffs considering the weight and amount of the snack.

Pure Beauty CC cream Review

Pure Beauty is having a campaign with WOOP which provide free full size sample to test and review on them. I selected the Natural tone of CC cream and it comes with two tones (Ivory and Natural). They even sent it to my door step with a pretty box!

After going through and reading the labels of the CC cream, I try applying some on my hand to see how it feels like. Below is a photo of the cream, it is paste like and not watery. The tone i choose is a little darker compared to my face skin tone.

As you can see on the photo above, the left side has shimmering and glitters compared to the right side. I am not a fan of glitters... so this is what I don't really like about this cream... Besides that it also does manage to correct uneven skin tone but just for a little improvement. Result is still acceptable.

Review:
Texture/Feeling:
~ Light and thin, able to correct mild uneven skin tone, but if the tone shades are too far, it is still noticeable.
~ Able to keep skin hydrate and doesn't melt easily if sweat.
~ Has noticeable glitters.

~ Comes in a tube form. Easy to keep in cosmetic bag.
~ When applied onto the skin, need to massage quite a while for the cream to be fully absorbed by the skin.

Easy Oven Baked Chicken Recipe

It was when I was scrolling on Instagram and saw some posting on chicken dish, and they look delicious! Downside on me with cooking is that I had a toddler so prepare time must be short else she will cling on me before I finish cooking. So I choose to oven bake instead. I manage to prepare the chicken and marinate in the morning and cook it during lunch time and served with rice. Another advantage of cooking using a conventional oven is that the oven does the cooking! This recipe in which I am going to share is also suitable for kids, and Jelly loves it. Recipe as below:

It is family day again! As usual my in laws wanted seafood, so we are in Butterworth area and we plan to try buffet Steamboat and BBQ. It has been a while since I had dine here and this shop has been operating for more than 3 years (because I dine here before 3 years ago... lol!)  The shop is located opposite of Econsave in Butterworth and it s a corner lot and easily being spotted.

Lunavie Breast Pad Review 

When my milk supply is just starting to adjust to my baby's needs, a breast pad is indeed needed to "absorb" leakage while experiencing a "letdown". Sometimes one side of my breast will also leak milk when baby is nursing on another side. Having a suitable breast pad is important as it will well absorb the leakage and also not making breast area too humid and cause bacteria to grow. Although I no longer experience leakage or letdown as often now because my supply had adjusted to my toddler's demand, but I still do wear breast pad just in case of a leakage. Lunavie breast pads comes in a box of 36 pcs (18pairs). It is also contoured and curved to be able to stay put at the bra and cover the breast better.

How to Use:

Lunavie Nursing Cover Review

When I am out and about with Jelly, I often nurse her outside and often use a normal scarf as a nursing cover. Because normal scarf is not meant to use as a nursing over, sometimes I feel it is a little inconvenience as Jelly won't stay still while nursing (I think all toddlers do! LOL!) I had the opportunity to test Lunavie Nursing Cover and I feel that it is a lot more convenience because it won't open apart like scarf does. My husband agrees that the material is indeed nice to touch and it is stretchy and appears more comfortable compared to those non stretchable fabric. In this review I will also use my toddler as a model... haha!

How to Wear:
1) Loop over the scarf and let it rest on your shoulder like a poncho.

3) Catch (Hold your toddler) on your comfortable position and start nursing!

SHILLS Acne No More Bubble Mask Review

Every women dream to have a flawless smooth skin... It is that bubble mask is in trend now and I eventually manage to get my hands on one of this Shills product from Taiwan (my husband's friend help me to get from Tao Bao China which cost much lower compare to buying it in Malaysia). With high expectations, after getting the product from my husband's friend, I eagerly tested the product right away!

My product is actually genuine

Lets move on to review on the product. It is in mousse form when squeeze out from the nozzle. The color has a very light shade of grey. It has no unpleasant smell, just a very slight sweet scent.

How the mousse look like

After squeezing out and I tried applying to my nose area. Eventually the mousse is not sticky and it won't apply to the skin easily. The foam will get lesser around 2 minutes after apply which leaves skin kinda sticky and when gently rub, black substance like rubber will appear. I am not sure is it to convince user that it is actually blackheads (but actually it's from the mousse). After rubbing and massaging my nose area for 1 minute, then I just wash off the black substance with tab water. result as per below:

After the foams are gone, gently rub will have black substance appear

It didn't show much effect, only clear a little after wash off using clean water

Review Summary: 

Texture/Feeling: Firm mousse which a little hard to apply evenly on face. It sticks to the fingers more than on the face. It has a faint sweet scent and no unpleasant smell. 

Price:  I got mine from China Tao Bao at RMB 40 (estimated RM 25)
