Disposable Diaper review (Petpet Night Tape)

Since Jelly is getting older (means more night bladder) and I was considering to try Petpet night tape. Petpet is still my main choice of using at night for long hours but since they have night tape, I bought a small packet to try it out. In this post I will do a review on PETPET Night Tape and also will include a size comparison between Normal PETPET Tape later on.
PETPET Night Tape

Below  is how the outer packaging look like. It is orange in color and has stars and a moon with a sleeping baby to indicate for night time use and long hours.

Comparing between Normal PETPET Tape and Night Tape
night tape
Left is Petpet Night Tape vs Right is The normal Petpet tape
Petpet Night Tape is slightly longer compared to the normal Petpet tape despite both is L size

Top is Normal Petpet tape and bottom is Petpet Night Tape.
Petpet Night Tape appeared to be narrower compared to Normal Petpet tape which is wider.

Top is normal Petpet tape and bottom is Petpet Night Tape.
Both appears to be almost the same thickness.
Review Summary:
Absorption: Good, leaving baby with almost dry skin after wee wee
Texture/Feeling: Moderate, slightly stiff, not very soft on the outer layer but inner layer are soft, similar to Normal PETPET Tape.
Price: Price range is around RM32.90 for Mega Pack of L50, at RM0.66/pc.
Leakage: Very less as it absorbs quickly even with baby moving around, also it has leak guards.
Source: Easy to find as mostly found in supermarket, hypermarket, or even online shopping.
Notes to add: Jelly doesn't develop nappy rash from wearing it after more than 1 week, even wears it during the day and overnight. Compared to the Normal PETPET tape, it indeed has a longer coverage to avoid leakage while baby is sleeping. It is also last longer compared to the Normal PETPET tape. So far I have tried it on Jelly for 10 hours (10pm-8am) and need to change her diaper once she woke up, compared to the Normal PETPET tape which might leak if she wore overnight. I would recommend PETPET Night Tape if baby were to wear for longer hours (main example is sleep throughout the night) and sometimes for longer hours of outing or travelling in which diaper changing can be a little hassle. I had tried using PETPET Night Tape during the day too, and it can last at least 6 hours. The outer layer of the diaper doesn't torn after Jelly wears it and actively moving around (torn caused by friction).

After using this diaper, in my opinion, I would use Normal PETPET Tape during the day at home and use PETPET Night Tape when going out and during the night.

This product review is based on my own observation and honest review.
