Experience
While trying to dip the toothbrush into the charcoal, I feel that it is better to make the toothbrush damp so that it can stick some of the paste up. Do brush very gently as the charcoal is kinda coarse and might hurt the gums. I noticed that my teeth has slightly whiten after using it for the first time. In order to get whiter teeth, I use it for 2 times a day (and replace with my own toothpaste) until the 3rd day, and slowly reduce the usage of it to 3 days once. It does really remove plague on my teeth compared to conventional toothpaste. Below is my before & after photo:-
