Jing Yua Seafood Restaurant (京园海鲜煮炒饭店) Review

It's during CNY when my family are in the mood to eat out instead of cooking and dine at home. We stroll around and apparently found this place and decided to dine in. It's our first time eating at Jing Yua Seafood Restaurant. As usual since it is still Chinese New Year, the shop is fully packed. We manage to get a table at the car park area (extended tables), but due to shortage of staffs, their cleaning service is kinda slow.

After the table was cleared, a lady took our orders fast, as it was 5 adults and 1 kid(Jelly) we ordered 5 dishes, which consist of a Salted Vegetable Steamed Red Snapper , Tom Yum Prawns, Sambal Sweet Potato Leaves, Salted Duck Egg with Mantis Prawn and Braised Pork Trotter.

Review:
Taste: Overall taste is above average, we didn't feel thirsty after went home. All of us (except Jelly) love their tom yum prawn, their sambal was also delicious. Salted Duck egg with mantis Prawns, we ate a few skins from the mantis prawns, but taste still acceptable. The red snapper is also fresh but they put chili padi (a little too spicy for Jelly) and it has a little spicy and salty taste, very appetizing for adults. Last is the braised pork trotter, which is a little not so tender (stiff) but still ok to taste, not very salty and the recipe is just nice. (8/10)
Service: It took them a while to clear the place due to shortage of staff and shop is fully packed inside. We arrived around 8.30 pm for dinner and most of the drinks (home cooked/freshly blended fruit juice) has been sold out. They also announced closed to walk in customer who came around 9.15 pm. But food serving time was around half an hour as it has around 4 more tables before us when we ordered, therefore waiting time is still acceptable. (6/10)
Price: Price is quite reasonable.
Notes:
