Now with baby Yogurt, we are at a nearly 12 months journey and she still show no signs of weaning. Piggy will be turning 11 months old in a few more days and my breastfeeding journey didn't get any better. I am still breastfeeding Piggy whenever I am home but my milk supply started shrinking very badly after my 1st mentrual period returned 2 months back, so bad that it used to be 20-25oz per day, reduced to only 8 or 10oz per day... The main purpose of this tea is actually for to act as my milk booster... I had been taking them for more than a month and every time if I skipped for 2 days or more, my milk supply will reduce very badly... Last time I only take Red Dates & Dried Longan and because it cause heat to the body, I often developed oral ulcers... OUCH! Then the Chinese herb shop asked me to add Polygonatum Odoratum (which is called Yu Zhu 玉竹 in Mandarin) and since then, I never developed ulcer and this ingredient also didn't impact on my milk supply...

I never had supply issues with Jelly since I am a SAHM then. Things getting harder when it is with Piggy since now that I had to work, and Piggy doesn't like to latch on unless it's night time. Being a mother is not easy. Being a mother who insist to breastfeed is even harder! Piggy is already my 2nd child so I know how it feels when people around keep doubting if you have milk or not. But thanks to the society now a days, many mothers (and fathers) as well as organization (like the government) supports breastfeeding a lot. My 10 experience I encountered while Tandem Nursing during Pregnancy

Jelly (currently 3 years 5 months old when I wrote this article) is already going to be an elder sister soon (popping anytime now) and still no signs of weaning.
