Piggy will be turning 11 months old in a few more days and my breastfeeding journey didn't get any better. I am still breastfeeding Piggy whenever I am home but my milk supply started shrinking very badly after my 1st mentrual period returned 2 months back, so bad that it used to be 20-25oz per day, reduced to only 8 or 10oz per day... Piggy also had no choice but to be introduced to formula at the age of 10 months old. When hormones messes with your body, you must know what you eat can only help a little. Like all other breastfeeding mom, we find ways to improve milk supply. There's where I source for this Melktogen with a lot of positive reviews.
