In this post I will post on 2 recipe using BRAND'S product.
RECIPE 1
BRAND'S INNERSHINE PRUNE ESSENCE DRINK
(2-3 pax)
Ingredients:-
2 bottles - Brand's InnerShine Prune Essence
8-10 Pitted Cherries
1.5l - Ice Cream Soda
Direction:
Fill ice tray with cherries and pour Brands InnerShine prune Essence
Freeze overnight
Remove from ice tray and serve with Ice Cream Soda
2 Bottle BRAND'S InnerShine Prune Essences Pitted Cherries Ice Try |
Fill ice try with Cherries |
Pour BRAND'S Prune Essence over ice try |
Cover over Cherries |
Freeze Over Night |
Remove from tray |
Serve with Ice Cream Soda |
RECIPE 2
BRAND'S ESSENCE OF CHICKEN SAUCE WITH CHICKEN FILLET PANCAKE
(2 pax)
Ingredients:-
1 box Haan Pancake mix + 1 egg + 130ml water + 1 tablespoon of Oil
2pcs Chicken fillet + 2 tablespoon of Oil (For pan-fry)
Seasoning for chicken:-
Salt
Pepper
Brand's Chicken Essence Sauce:-
1 bottle - Brand's Essences of Chicken with american ginseng
70g - Freshly squeezed Orange Juice
35g - Freshly squeezed Lemon Juice
(Ratio between Brand's Chicken Essences : Orange Juice : Lemon Juice is 2:2:1)
3 table spoon - Sugar
Direction:
A) Sauce:-
- Mix Orange, Lemon & Sugar into Brand's Essences of Chicken
- On a low fire, pour mixture on a pan and stir regularly to avoid burnt
- Slowly cook for 20 minutes until sauce has thicken, then remove from stove

B) Pancake:-
- Mix pancake flour with 1 egg, 130ml water until fully runny and no lumps, then add in 1 tablespoon of oil, and let batter rest for 10 minutes
- On a low fire, pour in pancake batter (around 1 scoop of soup ladle) and flip once slightly brown.
- Remove from stove when both side are slightly brown
Note: My box of pancake makes around 4pcs of 20cm diameter pancakes, enough for 2 pax

Choose a large bowl |
Mix pancake flour with 1 egg |
Pour 130ml water |
Mix |
Fully Runny & No Lumps, add in oil |
Make sure it turned like this (with tiny holes) only you flip the pancake |
C) Chicken Fillet:-
- Marinate chicken with some seasoning (salt and pepper) one 1 side and rest for 10 minutes
- On medium heat, put in 2 tablespoon of oil and place chicken with seasoning facing down (leaving unseasoned side facing up)
- Pan fry around 4-5 minutes on one side, then sprinkle some salt over the top of the chicken and flip
- Pan fry around 4-5 minutes on one side until slightly brown
Marinate chicken with some seasoning (salt and pepper) one 1 side and rest for 10 minutes |
Pan fry until slightly brown |

Doubt about BRAND'S Chicken Essence Sauce? See Jelly cleans the bowl! I served her with some cucumbers too... Picture says it all! LOL!
I even did some stir fry shiitake mushroom and add rice with chicken fillet and BRAND'S sauce for Jelly to eat.
