DOAEZ sharing session in Iconcity (31st August 2017)

Introducing DOAEZ products which contains bird nest! I attended this sharing session on 31st August to understand more about their products. All of their product's contains bird nest which is their selling point. In this event, the organizer / speaker (Ms Shirley) introduced us and show us her experience in using it and it's results.

One Minute Simultaneous Breastfeeding at Gurney Paragon (27 August 2017)

This is my 2nd breastfeeding event that I joined this year for breastfeeding for 2.5 years! Of course weaning is still in progress and wanted to stop but every time Jelly gets sick, I feel very fortunate that I still breastfeeding her now. I am always in dilemma because she indeed recovers faster compared to formula feed babies.

Seberang Perai Fiesta Event (25-27 August 2017)

I am more excitied to go to Seberang Perai Fiesta Event at Seberang Jaya compared to Jelly & her dad. Obviously Jelly don't even know what is it there at the Fiesta until we arrived. We went around 5pm in the evening and there are slight drizzling. The place started to be packed with cars and traffic! Even road side parking also they collected parking fees illegally. Since it was near Seberang Jaya Tesco Extra, Jelly's dad parked at Tesco car park ans we walk our way to the Fiesta.

Breastfeeding Event Organized by DAP Wanita Bagan on 13 Aug 2017 年国际哺乳周

This is my 2nd year on breastfeeding event! I am glad that I am still breastfeeding little Jelly (Oops, she is not as little as she seems!) This year, DAP Wanita Bagan organized at a more comfortable location which is at Aroma Hotel, Butterworth.

This year they even have other activities like performance of line dancing and a talk about the importance of breastfeeding and breast milk from WABA. Sadly due to some unforeseen circumstance, Mr Lim Guan Eng is unable to join us this year. 

DIY Lion Dance Head

It is still a long way to CNY but I have to share this post. Why i do it? because Jelly had been very obsessed with Lion Dance lately that she demanded I open links in YouTube on lion dance... In order to let her unleashed her passion in lion dance, I made this cute lion head with only a small carton box, small length of cloth, 2 pom poms and a few color papers. Just sharing this idea and it's up to individual's creativity to do it! You can also replace colored paper for the pompoms. There are tones of video on how to DIY your own pompoms by just using cardboard in Youtube...

Penang Hot Air Balloon Fiesta : 4 & 5 Feb 2017

We manage to wake up around 6.30am and carried a sleepy toddler to see the hot air balloon on 4th Feb 2017. It was at Padang Polo, opposite of General Hospital. We had fun snapping lots and lots of photos. Best part is that entrance fee is FREE and parking at their designated car park is also FREE! No wonder there are so packed! Breastfeeding Event Organized by DAP Wanita Bagan on 11 Sept 2016 年国际哺乳周

Since I am still proudly breastfeed my 20 month old little Jelly, I get ourselves registered and join an event organized by DAP Wanita Bagan to support and normalized breastfeeding together with 19 other breastfeeding mommies! This event's main purpose is to spread the awareness and benefits of breastfeeding and also to encourage breastfeeding. With no registration fees, I just bring Jelly to attend this event at 9.30am morning.

The Malaysian Big Latch at Gurney Paragon 7 August 2016

I was really trilled to join this event organized by several organizations (WABA, TBAN, Angugu, MMPS, Kumpulan Sokongan Susu Ibu Sarawak, Susuibu.com) on 7th August 2016. 1st - 7th August was recognized as National World Breastfeeding week (Wikipedia). I joined last year as well, but this year, we manage to enter The Malaysia Book of Records for the Largest Breastfeeding session Nationwide! A total of 820 moms breastfeed at 3pm for 15 minutes at 4 different areas (Petaling Jaya, Sarawak, Penang and Johor Baharu) nationwide! 

Since I am lucky to be in Penang, I joined the Penang event which located at St Jo's 3rd floor. It was crowded and a total of 150 of us came for this event.
